Return Policy:
New, unused items can be returned for a full refund minus shipping within 30 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All Table Lifts are subject to a $10 repackaging fee. Refunds will be made through the original form of purchase once the item is received. Installed or used items may not be eligible for a full refund. DIY Electric Lift Beds are not eligible for a refund, as they are custom built for your application.
Due to our limited specials and seasonality throughout the year, we are not able to provide price adjustments for prior purchases.
Limited 1 Year Warranty
All products manufactured by Castle Winch, LLC are warranted for one year from date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship. Any defective part will be repaired or replaced. There are no other expressed warranties except as set forth above, and any implied warranties are limited in duration to that of the express warranty. This warranty does not cover any damage due to misuse, negligence, improper installation, or accidents. There is no warranty covering consequential damages, incidental damages, or incidental expenses including damage to property. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
